However, for special cases, please note that return-to-sender parcels incur a 15% restocking fee, and credit will be issued only for the item cost, minus this fee. Disappointing experience and product

The pillows have a good firmness to them however tiny pieces crumble off relatively frequently. The pillows are incredibly small which although mentioned on the website is not openly in the name of the product. I was also not provided any tracking details until long after my order had arrived and despite paying for express shipping it still took multiple weeks to be sent.
