We were just shopping around scared of buying another horrible hot matress so we went in hesitant. We were greeted by the most calming beautiful friendly ladys called Nikki and Rebecca, we told them of our experiences and they guided us through expert recommendations. In absolute no rush or pushing they talked explaining everything even the 30 night comfort exchange and as we layed we'd made a decision..let's do it! we were that happy we even bought a whole new bed and the most lovelist pillows ever. WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. I purchased 2 bed frames and mattresses from OMF Cranbourne back in December, with the intention of oving at the end of January. Due to council lazyness, I was stuck in limbo until the end of March. Rebecca was nothing short of wonderful, she was kind, empathetic, and offered to store the 2 mattresses until I was able to move, at no cost, with her only concern being for my situation. Not only their products are fantastic, comfortable, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, the staff offers a level of customer service that is a rarity these days. THANK YOU! Would highly recommend this store.
