Return Terms & Conditions

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. Unless the item is faulty, and where a return is approved, to be eligible for a refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods and an original invoice as proof of purchase. In this instance, where a refund is being issued a $10 administration fee will apply.
