The mattress is so comfortable! Nearly makes up for the terrible company communication

I was told I would get the mattress within two weeks, and when I called on the day I was told to pick it up, I was told that it wasn’t with the last shipment. I then got told it could take one to 2 months to get it to me, but at this time I had already sold my old mattress. I was told that they would call me back within the next couple of days with an update, but it took me reaching out to get the required information. In the end, another location had the mattress in stock, however I do not know why this was not one of the first things that was suggested. The whole thing was quite stressful, but I’m just glad that I have an excellent mattress now.
