Featuring an individual Coil Pocket spring unit where each coil operates independently of the others reducing partner disturbance to an absolute minimum and a non-turn pillowtop for extra comfort. Haven't got my mattress yet as it has to come from another store. So looking forward to it, as the Elegance has got to be the most comfortable mattress I've come across. But wanted to review the Hervey Bay store, and in particular Jo, who offered outstanding knowledge and customer service .
An absolute asset to the store.
