Elegance Medium Queen Mattress

The ladies at OFM warrawong were fantastic to deal with made my experience in choosing a mattress which can be quite challenging a great experience they answered every single question I ask as I proceeded to try nearly every mattress in the store ended up choosing the elegance soft and after a few weeks I have to say hands down the best sleep I have ever had so comfortable it’s a dream 😴

It will be very firm for a few days but will get softer and mould to your body.

Waited over 6 weeks for mattress which was never mentioned on website upon call to OMF was given a 4 week window . I then waited 6 weeks and made around 20 calls which a very rude customer service lady said she will refund whe arrived at store she refused refund and asked to choose another mattress . When we refused for that due to over priced mattress she all in sudden said your mattress is in stock now and happy to deliver that weekend . Just bad service

Purchased to replace an OMF Classic Premium Non Turn Pillowtop that was bought in roughly 2011. Felt fantastic in store, just like what my previous mattress felt like brand new.
I have now spent several weeks on this new one and it is pathetic. So hard it’s like I’m laying on concrete. Figured it’d get softer, but I’m still waiting.
This mattress is so much thicker than the last one and the “pillowtop” is almost 1/3 the height of the whole mattress. I have to climb in to bed now. For a 6’3” tall person, that’s quite astonishing.
There is also a significant “tapering” at the edges of the mattress. My pillow keeps sliding in to that void and I end up with a strained neck.
Finally, the mattress doesn’t mirror the image on the website, nor what it looked like in store, so I’m guessing I’ve been defrauded, and was sold a product under false pretences.
