Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy:
- All returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
- If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund (minus a 25% fee for shipping and handling, covering delivery and pickup costs).
- Once return approval is granted, we will send a return label and courier instructions. After receiving and confirming the item's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
