After paying a lot at Harvey Norman a few years back for our mattress only to wake up with aches and pains every morning I was very sceptical about going and buying a new one. When we walked into OMF I was hoping to have a good experience and not just be about, you need to spend 4+g for a good mattress.
This was far from the case, Tracy was very knowledgeable, and so easy to deal with, explained everything from the cheapest to the most expensive, but it wasn't about the $$ it was about what was right for us. She asked question to help us choose the right mattress for us! I would 100% recommend OMF, Not only did we get the base thrown in for free, we also got the option to swap it by 6 months if the mattress is not right for us :) very happy with the customer service from Tracy & Linda!
AND they are Australian made and owned!!
