We dealt with Paul, supported by the other staff in the store, on several instances while we were shopping for a new mattress. Every time, Paul welcomed us, was very helpful, patient, and honest. He showed us options for the type of mattress that we were shopping for and never tried to upsell us. We found his product knowledge to be excellent.

We eventually bought a Saint Tropez queen-size mattress. Very comfortable but will look imposing or luxurious (depending on perspective) if the bed or box frame is high up. We love it!
