How does the 100-Night Trial work?
You can comfort test any Emma product purchased from us for 100 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with it. If you realise that Emma is not right for you, the customer service team at support@emma-sleep.com.au.
We will arrange a pick-up date with you and as well as a full refund via the store you purchased from. However, we do ask that you give yourself time to get used to your new mattress. We recommend testing Emma for at least 3 - 4 weeks before sending it back.
Should I test the mattress first in person before purchasing?
Whilst we believe the Emma mattress provides an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable sleep to 99% of our customers. We also want to make sure your mattress-buying experience is as simple and carefree as possible. That is why we offer you the chance to test the Emma mattress for 100 days risk-free. If you do not enjoy it, simply e-mail us and we’ll pick it up free of charge.

When does the 100-night trial start?
It starts from the day you receive your Emma mattress. Once it's been
delivered to your address, you can test it risk-free for 100 days.
How can I return my mattress within the trial time?
If you want to return your Emma mattress, simply email our customer service team at support@emma-sleep.com.au. We will arrange the pickup of your mattress by our return partner at zero cost to you. We will process your refund as soon as Emma warehouse team let us know that they received the return.
Do you accept the mattress back in any condition within the 100 Night Trial?
We would require that your Emma mattress is wrapped in it's plastic packaging prior to collection.
We would also appreciate if the mattress is returned in good condition. Any mattress that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations is no longer eligible for a mattress return or replacement.
When does the 10-year warranty start?
The warranty begins when you receive your Emma mattress.

Can I order other items with my Emma mattress?
Yes, you can order other items with your Emma mattress, in one transaction. In this instance you will get split delivery because Emma ships direct to you, whilst other items will come from other warehouses and will ship separately.
