Things you should know about our guarantee
1. If satisfied that materials or workmanship are faulty (allowing for fair wear and tear), OMF will repair or replace the product at OMF’s option.
2. We are so sure of our product that if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your product before 60 nights has elapsed from the date of purchase and OMF will either exchange your mattressº. Return/exchange period expires when the initial mattress purchase date exceeds 60 nights. This period does not continue for additional mattress exchanges or upgrades, in which case the guarantee time period will apply.
3. OMF can make no guarantee that matching materials will be available at the time of repair or replacement. OMF reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. OMF will meet transportation charges during the first 12 months after date of purchase if returned via retailer outlet from whom the product was purchased. After the first year, it will be necessary for the purchaser to return the product to OMF’s Factory where repair or replacement, at OMF’s option, will be made free of charge to the extent of the guarantee period.
4. OMF staff cannot handle soiled or unhygienic products; as such use of a proper mattress protector is advised from time of purchase to ensure this guarantee period and beyond. Should it become necessary to sell your OMF mattress before the expiry of the guarantee period, OMF will continue to cover the guarantee on the mattress to its new owner, as long as proof of original purchase date can be produced.

ºExchanges where a higher quality mattress is selected, will incur the extra cost involved for the higher priced mattress or ensemble. Mattresses returned where obvious misuse, abuse or lack of proper mattress protection will void the 60 night exchange period and could void the guarantee in its entirety. Mattresses used for commercial purposes are guaranteed for a 12 month period from date of purchase regardless of period specified on the label.
